To give your brain a break, I’ve planned your meals for the week and included my personal grocery list!
Based on years of feedback, I stuck with what actually works: just 4 dinners (because that’s the sweet spot for most families), plus 1 make-ahead breakfast and 1 prep-ahead lunch. I know the rest of the time it’s usually smoothies, meat sticks, or hovering over the counter with a few slices of Applegate and a spoonful of kraut 😅
I’m hoping to share one of these Make It Good Meal Plans every so often, and I’d love your feedback as we go!
