My kids are on a serious wing kick right now—and honestly, I’m not mad about it. After releasing last week’s Buffalo Chicken Enchiladas, I figured we’d keep the spicy-saucy streak going, but with a Caribbean twist and a sticky, sweet heat that even the younger ones can handle. These crispy wings are baked or air fried (no messy oil!) and absolutely coated in the most addicting honey sriracha glaze—we devoured a whole tray in minutes.
