Homemade recipe I love to use for Italian-style ground pork…VERY yummy! (I leave out the Anise…& note that it is a recipe for TWO POUNDS of ground pork:

THIS WAS AMAZING! I had no ideas Capellos made pasta!!! Good thing we have two IPs, because I now foresee dueling containers of his and hers recipes for Magic Meatballs pasta (him: Banza; me: Capello’s). I haven’t had ravioli in ??? 10 years?
