Hi friends,
If you’re anything like me, you’re over cooking right about now. After tackling 12 recipes in 2 days to pull off Thanksgiving, the thought of elaborate meals makes me want to hide under the covers and eat leftovers straight from the fridge. Anyone else?
That’s why I’m leaning hard into no-recipe recipes this week. Case in point: my 4-ingredient Taco Chicken and my BBQ Bacon Burger Bowls. They’re fast, easy, and most importantly, they give me a break from thinking about cooking. I call them “no-recipe recipes” because you really can just eyeball it all and tweak the flavors or toppings at the end if it needs more of anything. So simple and always table pleasers with my family.
And here’s the BEST news:
My Healthy in a Hurry seasoning blends are finally restocked! 🎉 These blends make whipping up quick, flavorful meals (like that Taco Chicken and BBQ Burgers!) ridiculously simple. Find the recipes to mix them up yourselves in both my Healthy in a Hurry cookbook and my newest Make It Easy.
My Bottled Blends Are:
✔️ Organic
✔️ Certified Gluten-Free
✔️ Tested for heavy metals
✔️ Free from fillers like rice starch (hello, SCD, Whole30, and GAPS-friendly!)
Plus, they make amazing gifts—whether as a set or as individual bottles and refill pouches that fit perfectly into stockings.
We were only able to produce a limited run this time. Once they’re gone, they’re gone, so grab yours now on shop.daniellewalker.com!
P.S. What’s your favorite no-recipe recipe to make with my seasoning blends when you’re feeling totally “cooked out”? Comment and let me know—I’m always looking for ideas!
Greek bowls with your Mediterranean seasoning blend! Chicken (cooked in the seasoning), cucumber, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower rice, olives, and dill/ mayo/ lemon spread.
We call these recipes “Dump, dump, go” (Dump from a package, dump onto a plate and mix, and go!). The Philly cheesesteak skillet from HIAH, Shrimp Paella from EWYL and Nachos from MIE have become those for us since we keep the proteins on-hand. Please, no measuring right now! Saving my strength for cookie and bread-marathons. 😛
