We’re officially on recipe 5 of 6 in the Double Header Dinner Series, which honestly feels impossible and also somehow like we’ve lived 14 months since May started. The end-of-school chaos is finally slowing down over here, and I’ve loved hearing how many of you have been making these dinners on busy nights.

Magic Meatball Pasta
This recipe first appeared on my blog years ago and readers very quickly renamed it “Magic Meatball Pasta.” Honestly, the name stuck because it really does feel a little magical. You throw everything into one pot, the pasta cooks right in the sauce, and somehow dinner comes together with almost no effort.
It has become my ultimate fallback meal over the years. The dinner I make when everyone is starving, the schedule got away from me, and I need something reliable that I know every single person in my house will eat. It’s also so simple that my kids can make it on their own at this point, which honestly might be the most magical part of all.
So of course it deserved a spot in this Double Header Dinner Series. I gave it a little Mayhem upgrade, with a new printable PDF for your binders, new timing cues to make it work for those busy sports nights, and substitution advice.
We’re officially winding down the series now, which honestly feels impossible because MayhemPLUS is somehow continuing straight into June over here. We only have one more recipe left after this one, and then my Inner Circle members will receive the full meal plan, grocery list, and prep day game plan to tie all of these dinners together and make the busiest nights feel just a little more manageable.
