Yum! For the Furikake, if I want a “crispy-Seaweed-type-green”, could I try dinosaur kale, dehydrated into strips with some seeds on top?

We had this tonight and it was easy and so good. Definitely will make this again soon! The instructions say to drizzle the brussel sprouts with fish sauce. The ingredients only list rice vinegar. Is there supposed to be fish sauce instead of rice vinegar?

Thank you Andrea! I just added the fish sauce to the ingredient list. I did both fish sauce (For saltiness) and vinegar on the Brussels!
