This is what I love -- a whole-foods mealplan for the week that uses the meals in multiple ways, so I don't have to think about what to do for dinner for the week! Made the sauce Monday, pork chops with the slaw tuesday, today popped a spagetti squash in the oven and created frozen lunches with the squash and sauce, with enough left over for dinner tomorrow :-) I also have left over slaw, will add possibly some salmon or tuna to it tomorrow for lunch as well. Yum and Done.

Oh my gosh. SOOO delicious. We used leftover smoked pork shoulder. It was amazing. We loved the slaw and the crunchy tortilla! Flavors and textures, yay!!! Adding to my leftover pork rotation!

We made this tonight and I had to improvise with the slaw. We julienned two large rainbow carrots and a zucchini and roasted in the oven at 400 for 15 minutes so it would soak up like a traditional slaw. Still amazing! We topped them with DF sour cream and tons of cilantro.

I love how we now have “pork tacos” that my husband has been wanting for months. Two batches of pork in the freezer to Make it Easy(er) next time. 🤗

Love those modifications! My garden is always overflowing with zucchini, so I may have to try that!

I loved how it bulked up the slaw a bit and I adore zucchini! I keep it on-hand for your choc-zucchini muffins. Ya know, priorities… 🤣🤣

I’m here for the slaw. 😄 Kids might be getting tired of it, since I make it all the time, but wait ‘til I throw some jalapeno in there ! 💃🏻

This will def be on my list this week… sauce and the tostadas.

Question as I get to know Substack … where’s the best place to post a question to the community, that may not have a relation to one of your existing posts or threads ?

Sometimes I’m prepping cooking or planning and have a question or a thought I’d like feedback or opinion…. Not sure where to post ? (Ie I just bought an almond cow… what are different non dairy milk recipes has the community made? And what didn’t work?)

Thank you!! Can’t wait to try the vanilla/cashew creamer!

If you have any suggestions for using chia seeds , lmk. My trial was a failure but I did use the pulp as a morning porridge as you suggested

I made one good batch with just cashews

And made a 🤢with chia seeds, flaxseeds, and almonds…. I tried to make it better by adding cashew milk … and then tried adding coconut into it. Better but not recommended! 😂

Ok so we ended up using chicken thighs, and purple cabbage. But it was so delicious. My kids ate it as sliders 🍔. I just piled slaw on the chicken and it was so yummy 😋. Thanks so much for a recipe I could modify for no onion / garlic. It was delicious!!
