Banana pudding is a favorite of mine so I’m excited for this easy recipe. I have already gone through the pre-order PDF. There are so many recipes I am looking forward to making, it’s hard to pick. Here are a few that jumped out at me, the salmon cakes with artichokes and asparagus, the lamb keftedes, the stuffed pepper soup, the sausage and fennel linguine. Just to name a few.
I can’t eat shrimp, my body just doesn’t tolerate them any longer and when I started having this reaction I was simply devastated because I probably had a dish with shrimp weekly. I usually substitute scallops for recipes that call for shrimp. Do you give substitutions for shrimp for the recipes in this book?

Thank you for all this! ✨ Question about the chia seeds. I haven't been diagnosed with diverticulitis, but I have painful stomach cramping, gas, bloating when I eat seeds or certain hard nuts. Do you find that blending them makes them fine enough to help avoid that?

Yes I do in most of the recipes! I think shrimp is only used 4 times.
